  • Do you pickup trash every week?
    • Absolutely
  • What areas do you service?
    • Anyone in the rural zip codes: 74820, 74825, and 74872
  • Are your prices billed weekly, or monthly?
    • All of our prices are what you will be billed monthly.  The price listed is the price you will pay once a month.
  • Why are your rates significantly lower than your competition?
    • We were frustrated with the high cost of trash service in rural Oklahoma, and wanted to offer our community something more affordable!
  • Will you pickup my cart the same day every week?
    • Yes, we will maintain a consistent schedule.  Although, sometimes unexpected events may require us to pickup on a different day.  However, you will always be notified if this occurs.
  • What day will my trash be picked up?
    • Checkout our map on our services page to see what your pickup day will be
  • When will my card be charged?
    • Your card will be charged on the same day every month.  We charge your card the day you signup for service and will charge your card on that same day every month
  • Where are you located?
    • We are located in pontotoc county, our address is 12273 County Road 1560, Ada OK 74820
  • If I select for you to cancel my current service, will you notify me when it’s done?
    • Yes, we will cancel your current service effective the day before your "Start Service Date".  We will then notify you that your service has been canceled
  • Do I pay for the trash carts?
    • No, the only thing you pay is the monthly fee.
  • Do you have a limit in how many trash cans a customer can have?
    • Our online limit is 3 carts per customer, but if you need more give us a call
  • Can I select my trash pickup day?
    • Sorry, we have predefined pickup days based on location.  Unfortunately, no one can offer cost effective services, without picking up by area
  • Who will pickup my trash if you go out of business?
    • Our founder always says, “Even if I have just one customer, I’ll happily pickup their trash every week and feel good about saving them money!”  However, you can always switch to one of our competitors service.
  • What happens if your price goes up, at the end of my contract?
    • If any of our prices change, we will notify you before the end of your contract.  You can always cancel your service at that time.  However, we have a best price guarantee.  Therefore, we will beat any competitors price.
    • Do you offer trash service to businesses?
      • Absolutely
    • Are credit and debit cards the only form of payment you accept?
      • Yes - unfortunately, credit and debit cards are the only form of payment we accept.
